L. Mark Loudermilk, AIA/LEED® AP
Managing Principal

Mark is fortunate to be one of those people who absolutely loves his work.  He has
won several awards as a designer and has 16+ years' experience as an architect
with expertise in both commercial and residential project types.  He has a license to
practice in the states of Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia and is designated by
the US Green Building Council as a LEED Accredited Professional.  Mark graduated
from the University of Tennessee Magna Cum Laude.

This year Mark is serving as the President-Elect for the Wilmington chapter of the
American Institute of Architects and in 2011 he will be serving as the President.

Sandie Loudermilk
Administrative & Marketing Assistant

Sandie has a heart for serving, so it's no surprise that she has over 20 years'
experience in an administrative role.  Her experience includes work at St. Jude
Children's Research Hospital, the Principal Financial Group, the University of
Tennessee Personnel Department and serving as a legal secretary.  She is also a
licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia.

Sandie fulfills a critical role in our organization as the first contact for clients and she
is indispensable in keeping us organized.

Jesse Todd
Architectural Drafting

Jesse and Mark have worked together on
a slue of commercial projects over the
past four years.  A native of WIlmington, he
graduated from Appalachian State
University in 1999 with a Bachelors
degree in Industrial Technology.  Jesse
assists us part time filling a critical role in
keeping us caught up on an extremely
busy work load.

Jesse has recently started his own 3D
